White wearing figures work in anonymity in honour of the ephemeral. Creators of fleeting exhibitions that momentarily illuminate the senses.
They are sculptors of nature & balancers of time.
The chef spins plates into the ether in search of no reward, yet serves everyday with relentless heart.
